He and his wife own and manage (7) single family rental properties in Nashville, Illinois. He has conducted numerous repairs and maintenance with his rental properties and has strong knowledge of the construction aspect of the industry.

Zane and his wife Bethany have two children, Brix and Zoah. Zane is a 3rd generation oil producer with his family oil business. He has also owned and operated two rental properties in Scottsdale, Arizona. He has conducted numerous repairs and maintenance both with his rental properties and oil business. Zane has also invested passively in real estate.

About the Name
Devin and Zane met while attending McKendree University. Their senior year they were roommates together in a house they rented on Monroe Street. The bond that was created that year on Monroe Street is still just as strong today and thus the name was born.
